Thanks to the efforts of Professor Leung Nai Kong who chairs the Organising Committee, the Congress has secured a donation to support the participation of people from overseas.

Now the same registration fee will apply for all participants, from Hong Kong, from China and from overseas.

For overseas participants registered on or before 31 July 2010, the registration fee has been reduced from US$415 (including the Welcoming Dinner) to US$325 (including the Welcoming Dinner and the Victoria Harbour Cruise cum Farewell Dinner).

Now that's a real deal!
