Congress update

Latest communiqués

Deadline today

Today is the absolutely last chance to book remaining tickets for post-Congress tours:

Information and communication at the Congress Centre

Ivan Su writes to inform –

There will be a delegate package for each congress participant. This Congress will be using a 'folding recycling bag' instead of the usual briefcase for containing the congress stuff, and it's already full!
SAHK has received a number of requests for distributing pamphlets, flyers, etc. at the Congress and we think the best way is reserve one or two tables inside the exhibition room for delegates to display their publications.
The venue, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre has strict regulation about displaying items only in designated areas.
I'm pleased to inform you that there will be three areas with free wi-fi access including at the Congress Centre: the speaker preparation room, the exhibition room and the registration foyer.  Laptop with internet access will be provided for delegates at the exhibition room.
Lastly, there are a few updates on 'What's new' on the Congress website, mostly arrival guide, programme rundown, local attraction, etc.

The updates to which Ivan draws attention are linked to below.
